Return Policy 

Assure' Arman Beauty House is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers.  In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Exchange Policy below. 

Exchanges: 

Exchanges can be made or Store Credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 5 days of purchase. Customers must email customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number please email us at assurearmanbeauty@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER.

Defective Products: 

Assure' Arman Beauty House will replace any products that are defective within 5 days of purchase date.  Upon the product being returned, Assure' Arman Beauty House will ship a replacement product at our expense.
